What's in Store for Summer Show Attendees

The final day of the Summer Fancy Food Show will feature a panel discussion moderated by Jack Acree, of EVP of Saffron Road Foods, taking place on the main stage of the Javits Center at 9 a.m. The session titled "Funding Your Future," will include panelists Lauren Abda of Branchfood, Hallie Bonnar of New Fare Partners, and Nick McCoy of Whipstitch Capital. They will discuss the basics of financing a business in the current economic environment. 

Hall D will open to all Show attendees at 9:30 a.m. Key buyers will have access to all areas of the Show Floor at 9:30 a.m. The remaining Show Floor areas will be open 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. today.

At 10 a.m. on the Big Idea Stage, the milestone member celebration, honoring companies that have been with SFA for 50+ years, and the sofi Product of the Year and New Product of the Year winners will be announced. The sofi winners were decided upon by key buyers who tasted and voted on sofi-winning finalists on Sunday and Monday at the Show.

Charcuterie Chalet Showdown

Location: Deli Pavilion Pop Up: Lower Cheese Side

Audience members will go head-to-head to compete in a series of 10-minute Charcuterie Chalet Challenges against Food Network "Chopped" champion, chef Brooke Siem.

12-3 p.m.

See chef-led demos and sample specialty foods from Italy.

12:30-1 p.m.
