Each year, the Specialty Food Association celebrates a diverse group of leaders in the specialty food industry through three programs: the Leadership Awards, SFA Hall of Fame, and Lifetime Achievement Awards.
Leadership Awards
SFA’s annual Leadership Awards recognize individuals who are making waves in the specialty food industry through bold and positive leadership. Each year, Awards are given across six categories to business leaders who have made standout contributions in that area.

Championing our members is SFA’s most important function; this includes celebrating members’ career achievements. To that end, SFA has created a Hall of Fame to honor individuals whose impact, contributions, innovations, and successes have shaped the industry over a decade or more of service.

Lifetime Achievement Awards
SFA’s Lifetime Achievement Awards celebrate individuals who are widely recognized as having grown the industry, impacted the Association, inspired companies, and nurtured other professionals over long careers in specialty food. Honorees each year are hand-selected by the SFA Recognition Council from past SFA Hall of Fame inductees.
