2025 Summer Fancy Food Show Refund Policy:  No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to cancellations, no-shows, unforeseen circumstances, or incorrect identification of the business registration category. All payments made for registration, education, or add-on events are final. Badge transfers to other shows or other individuals are not permitted.


Registration Rules & Regulations

  • Attendees: Only those 18 years of age or older will be permitted on the Show floor. Persons under the age of 18, including infants in strollers or carriers, are not permitted on the Show floor at any time regardless of affiliation or circumstances.

    Exhibitors: Only those 16 years of age or older will be permitted on the Show floor as an exhibitor.

  • Please review below the descriptions and qualification requirements for each business type in order to select the appropriate badge.

    If, after review of your business credentials, Show Management finds that you do not qualify for the business classification you selected, you will be required to pay the fee (which may be higher) associated with the registration type assigned to you to confirm your registration.

Business Categories and Qualifications

  • You own or work for a food retail operation. This includes retail stores and online retailers. Your retail operation must sell more than one manufacturer's product line to an end consumer.

    - Product catalog showing brand selection as well as multiple product lines
    - Two (2) recent wholesale invoices billed to registered company from within the past 180 Days (6 months) which includes your company name and address, as well as the name and address of the manufacturer or distributor. Purchase orders and handwritten invoices are not accepted. Waybills, consignment shipping and pro-forma Invoices are not accepted. Invoices billed by your company to another entity are also not accepted.

  • You and/or your company buy and resell products to retail or foodservice operations. This category includes wholesalers, distributors, importers, and exporters of finished specialty food products. To qualify for the Distributor classification, you must be a third-party distributor of more than one manufacturer's line of finished, consumer-ready brand in addition to any brands owned by your company.

    If you only distribute products from a single manufacturer or you produce or distribute food-related commodities, ingredients, spices, or unfinished food products, refer to the Manufacturer/Producer category.

    If you produce or distribute packaging, or provide transportation, warehousing, logistics, regulations/licensing, or compliance services, refer to Business Services.

  • Your company procures goods or products from international markets with the intention of selling them within the domestic market.To qualify for the Importer classification, you must be a third-party importer of more than one manufacturer's line of finished, consumer-ready food brand products in addition to any brands owned by your company.

    If you produce or import FOOD-RELATED COMMODITIES, INGREDIENTS, SPICES, OR UNFINISHED FOOD-RELATED PRODUCTS, see MANUFACTURER/PRODUCER.

    If your company provides TRANSPORTATION, WAREHOUSING and/or LOGISTICS, see BUSINESS SERVICES.
