The editors of SFA News Daily identified several innovative and on-trend products on the last day of the 2024 Summer Fancy Food Show, Tuesday. Following are some examples spotted on the Show floor.

  • Bumbleberry Farms Peach Vanilla Honey Cream Spread. The spread incorporates milk, sugar, butter, vanilla, peach flavor, and salt. The product can be paired with sweet offerings like pancakes, or savory goat cheese or chicken.
  • Doosra The Mix. A modern Indian snack mix that blends sweet and spicy flavors with spiced boondi (crispy chickpea flour puffs), roasted peanuts, and caramelized white chocolate. 
  • Hebel & Co. Pistachio Nigella Halva. The organic, vegan, gluten-free sesame tahini treat uses locally sourced ingredients from California. 
  • Jibro’s Mana Beaten Rice Granola. A flattened rice combined with ingredients including banana chips, sunflower seeds, almonds, Himalayan spice. It is often served at Nepalese festivals. 
  • Lakanto Pancake & Waffle Mix. The monk fruit extract and erythritol-sweetened mixes can be used to make gluten-free pancakes and waffles. 
  • Lentiful Cilantro Lime Chili Instant Lentils. The low sodium, plant-based instant meal delivers a nutrient-rich mealtime option that can be made in the package. 
  • Spring & Mulberry Pecan Date. The date-sweetened chocolate bar uses direct-trade cacao, organic ingredients, and is free from added sugar. 
  • Taokaenoi USA Chili & Lime Flavor Tempura Seaweed. The snackable tempura-wrapped seaweed chips are flavored with chili and limes, offering a strong crunch. 
  • Towakanbutu Gluten Free Vegan Umami Ramen. The instant ramen kits incorporate shitake mushrooms and com in a variety of flavors including Tonkotsu, Syoyu, and Miso. 
  • The Republic of Tea Tablespoon Chai. The slightly-sweetened black tea concentrate makes 16 servings.
  • Two in a Bush Raspberry-Infused Rooibos Cordial. The South-African low-sugar beverage concentrate incorporates spring water, fruit juice, and botanicals.
  • Ziba Foods Trail Pairing. The healthy snack offering blends sweet and savory flavors by incorporating mulberries and apricot kernels from Afghanistan.
