The editors of SFA News Daily have identified several innovative and on-trend products on the first day of the 2024 Summer Fancy Food Show, which opened Sunday at the Javits Center in New York City. Here are some examples spotted on the Show floor.

  • BeeNZ Manuka Honey Sachets. These convenient packages feature individual servings of Manuka Honey UMF 5+ and MGO 83. Booth 5734
  • Brooklyn Delhi Chickpea Tikka Masala With Potatoes. Simmered with tomato, coconut cream, and spices,  this plant-based protein can be heated in the microwave and ready in 90 minutes. Booth 6138
  • Jasper Hill Farm Withersbrook Blue. This raw milk blue cheese made with milk from a single herd is immersed in Eden Vermont Ice Cider. Booth 174 
  • JOI Plant Milk Concentrates. Varieties of these concentrated plant based milks include Almond, Cashew, Hemp, Coconut and Oat (Powder). Booth 1338 
  • Nepal Tea Collective Teas. Organic teas sourced responsibly from Himalayan family farms and smallholders. Each tea bag features a QR code that can be scanned for information about the teas’ journey, farmers who plucked them, and the people who packaged them. Consumers may also tip their farmer.   • PurposeFuel Plant-Based Superfood Snack Bites. Varieties include Chocolate Raspberry Cacao, Mango Turmeric, and Matcha Lemon. Each is gluten free and contains 10 grams of protein. Booth: Debut District IV44
  • Recoup Prebiotic Sparkling Beverage With Electrolytes. This Regenerative Organic Certified beverages comes in Pineapple Passion Fruit + Ginger, Lemon Lime + Ginger, and Watermelon Blood Orange + Ginger varieties. Made with pressed ginger and sustainable tree water. Booth 1443
