abillion, a social media app with a focus on sustainability, recently revealed its awards for the World's 10 Best Vegan Burgers for 2022.
The winning burgers were found through an analysis of over 27,000 reviews of 2,964 vegan burgers from app users across 75 countries, posted between July 2021 and June 2022. While determining the rankings, the company learned that vegan burger consumption was highest among users from the following countries: Argentina, Brazil, Canada, Germany, Italy, Mexico, Spain, South Africa, Switzerland, the U.K., and the U.S.

"In the coming months, we plan to make Unconventional Burger more widely available in Europe and the UK. We are also expanding the range with Unconventional sausage, fillet, and cutlet: always plant-based," says Marco Martino, CEO of Unconventional, in a statement.
Consumer interest in plant-based meat has increased this year by 150 percent, compared to 2021, according to abillion. The company also forecasts that the market will continue with a compound annual growth rate of 30 percent.
