New York, NY, June 17, 2024 – Fans of cheese and accompaniments will find much to love in booth 1968 at the Summer Fancy Food Show, June 23-25 in New York City. Forever Cheese, premier importer of cheese and specialty foods, will be showcasing a wide range of their product catalog, including cheese, charcuterie, nuts, crackers, jams, dried fruit, and more, as well as several brand-new products. They will also debut the refreshed branding of their cheese The Drunken Goat®, a Spanish goat cheese bathed in red wine.
Forever Cheese is known for its diverse mix of cheeses and specialty foods, many under their Mitica® brand, which they carefully source from Italy, Spain, Portugal, Croatia, Switzerland, and beyond. At the show, they will debut a new line of Spanish aged sheep’s milk cheeses called Wooly Wooly®. The seven new cheeses come in a variety of distinct and delicious flavors like Black Garlic and Jalapeño in both retail wedges and full and half wheels. They will also showcase new artisanal Pumpkin and Apple & Chestnut jams from Portugal, as well as an Italian buffalo milk cheese made with fennel seeds, Campì Fennel.
Several representatives from Forever Cheese’s family of producers will join the importer in their booth. It is a unique opportunity to talk to the artisans who make these products. For the first time, Carmela Cano, maker of KM 39 cow’s milk cheese in Galicia, Spain, will attend the show. Lady Edison will be sampling their Extra Fancy Country Ham, an award-winning artisan ham from North Carolina. Bodensee Käse, producer of popular raw cow’s milk cheeses The Red Witch and The Old Witch, will travel from northeastern Switzerland to participate in the show.
