Exhibitor Driven Vehicles

EVD Address

EDV Program Exhibitor-Driven Vehicles (EDV) are cars, station wagons, vans, or pickup trucks all less than 24ft in length. Be sure to tell them you are using your personal vehicle as part of the EDV Program. To participate in the EDV program, your total freight weight must not exceed 500 lbs. There will be a scale to weigh your product as it checks in.

Shipments via the Exhibitor-Driven Vehicles will be received based on the following schedule:

  • Thursday, June 20: 8:00a.m. - 5:00pm
  • Friday, June 21: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
  • Saturday, June 22: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.


Hand Carry Program

The Hand Carry program is for cars, station wagons, pickup trucks and Econoline sized vans. Drive to the entrance located on 11th Ave and 38th Street. Shipments via Hand Carry will be received based on the following schedule:

  • Thursday, June 20; 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
  • Friday June 21; 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
  • Saturday June 22; 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

The rules are as follows:

  • Hand carry operation hours are specific and designated by show management.
  • Access is granted to exhibitors only during a specified time frame.
  • Access granted to exhibitors on a first-come, first-serve basis.
  • Only vehicles with two licensed drivers will be granted entry.
  • All vehicles must be attended at all times by a licensed driver.
  • Loading and unloading vehicles is limited to vehicles no larger than an Econoline van.
  • All vehicles are allocated 30 minutes, and the time limit will be strictly enforced.
  • Any vehicle left unattended will be towed at the owner’s expense.
  • Only 2 wheeled carts are permitted.
