We start with a "trifolata di funghi" (mushrooms sautéed in olive oil, with garlic and parsley), and incorporate this into our traditional Alfredo where we sauté shallots in butter, then add parmesan cheese, gruyere, light cream and a dusting of nutmeg. BPA-free container, vegetarian, NO SUGAR ADDED
