Complimentary Badges for SFA Members
Many Specialty Food Association members receive one or more free badges to each Fancy Food Show as a membership benefit.
Qualifying members may provide a company email address or their SFA member ID during the registration process to receive their complimentary badge. For any additional badges beyond their allotment, members will pay the member price listed above.

Key Buyer Program
SFA offers complimentary Summer Fancy Food Show badges and other benefits to buyers who qualify for the Key Buyer Program based on their organization's purchasing power.

Registration Rules & Regulations

Attendees: Only those 18 years of age or older will be permitted on the Show floor. Persons under the age of 18, including infants in strollers or carriers, are not permitted on the Show floor at any time regardless of affiliation or circumstances.
Exhibitors: Only those 16 years of age or older will be permitted on the Show floor as an exhibitor.

If, after review of your business credentials, Show Management finds that you do not qualify for the business classification you selected, you will be required to pay the fee (which may be higher) associated with the registration type assigned to you to confirm your registration. -
A 100% refund will be honored if a written request is emailed to sff@maritz.com by 11:59 PM EDT on Monday, April 15, 2024.
A 50% refund will be honored if a written request is emailed to sff@maritz.com by 11:59 PM EDT on Friday, June 21, 2024.
No refunds will be honored beginning 12:00 AM EDT on Saturday, June 22, 2024 through the end of the show, including failure to attend any paid educational events.
