1,000 Springs Mill, Family owned and operated Organic/regenerative organic farm , processing facility and warehousing in Buhl Idaho. Our plant is 8 miles from the farm, and this allows us to keep our cost down. Our crops include popcorn, black beans, pinto beans, red beans, great northern beans, purple barley, buckwheat, white corn, hard white spring and winter wheat berries, hard red springs wheat berries. Packing options include 1—2lb standing refillable pouches, 1-10lb vertical form fill, 25-50 bags. Processing facilities are SQF certified, Kosher certified, equipped with European style flour mill, certified gluten free flour mill. Here is a list of our current ROC items we will have additional items as we harvest next year. We have ROC certification on the following grains: Black Beans Pinto Beans Purple Barley Buckwheat Yellow Butterfly Popcorn White Corn Yellow Corn Hard Red Winter Wheat Berries More 2024 corps will be added as we harvest.
