Cellars at Jasper Hill, LLC

Jasper Hill Farm produces raw milk cheeses from their own herds of cows, and pays a premium for other local farms' milk for the production of pasteurized cheeses. We also have helped three farms create valueadded creameries onsite of their dairies, the products of which we cave ripen along with caveaged cheeses selected from Cabot Creamery, and represent as a collection alongside our own products. The cheese are all caveaged, made with traditional methods and with an eye on sustainability and community development. We also make drycured meats from our wheyfed pork. A new goat farm supplies milk for our cheeses and liquid milk for retail sale.
