Most importantly, we are known for our unique flavor combinations, e.g. Fennel Pollen Caramel (which is layered between chocolate in our bars), Orange Confit and Cherry, and others. These unusual flavor combinations paired with our clear packaging which shows off the beauty of our bars inspires a knock out product experience for our customers. We use the highest quality ingredients we can find. While we aim to source as many local products as we can, some are simply not produced locally. In such instances we source from small producers or producers who meet our high quality standards.
