We source all of our spices from the highest quality sources possible. Each item considered for development and sale is carefully and rigorously tested amongst a team of experienced chefs and flavor makers. Each blend is incredibly unique and unlike what you'll find on the market in terms of pure flavor combinations. We also grind our own product in house and keep strict rules on the age of product to ensure optimum quality nothing is sold 90 days after grinding/blending and is often less than 30 days old, as opposed to the typical 6+months age of spices found in most supermarkets.
