Adamas translates from Latin to modern English as "Diamond", and our product and packaging reflect perfectly this description. We are proud to present an extremely highquality Italian Caviar, harvested from sturgeons grown in a unique environment thanks to a millennial old underground aquifer. In Pandino (CR) Italy, where fishes have a constantly fresh stream of water, we make sure that everything is made in accordance with the most restricted health and sanitation laws. Our packaging method is the classic "Malossol", which consist of using a small quantity of salt to preserve the product throughout the entire length of shipping (giving it 12 months of shelf life), allowing us to not use Botox (used in the majority of Caviar as a preservative) and be ChemicalFree.
