Here at Sugar Bob's, we use traditional sugarmaking techniques to create our feed stock for a super innovative and all natural unadulterated cooking ingredient for the gourmet scene, Smoked Maple Syrup. Smoked Maple Syrup is for cooking with, used in small amounts in savory dishes, sauces, marinades, dressings, and glazes, and in cocktails. We take our very darkest maple syrup that we make, and using compressed air and venturi injection principles, infuse the syrup with real wood smoke to make this magical addition to the new american cuisine.
