Hudson Valley Cold Pressed Oils, LLC
Our product is locally grown and produced in the Hudson Valley NY area. We produce cold pressed sunflower oil and glutenfree sunflower flour. We cold press our oil, preserving the integrity and health benefits of the oil. Our oil has a smoke point of 387 degrees which can be used in most cooking methods. It is heart healthy with high vitamin E, Omega 9, and monounsaturated fats. The flour has a 32% protein content, great for baking. Our flour and oil are certified NonGMO, kosher and glutenfree. Additional products include Truffle Sunflower Oil, GF Brownie Mix and GF Brunette Mix (our version of a Blondie), GF Oatmeal Cookie Mix, GF Pancake Mix.
