Bittermilk LLC is the parent company to Bittermilk Cocktail Mixers, Tippleman's Cocktail Syrups, and Barcoop Bevy Cocktail Mixers. Bittermilk is a line of cocktail mixers for cocktail enthusiasts, made by bartenders with real ingredients. Husband and wife team, MariElena and Joe Raya developed Bittermilk to simplify the process of making craft cocktails at home. Each contains a bittering agent, a sweetener, and an acid to achieve a balanced cocktail. Inspired by what goes into making a classic cocktail, they add complimenting botanicals and aromatics to brighten flavor and then use creative techniques to maximize flavors; things like roasting, burning, smoking, barrel aging, percolating and macerating for an amazing end product. Tippleman’s is a series of complex cocktail syrups created by bartenders for bartenders. Each syrup is a sweetener, made from applying unique culinary techniques to extracts natural flavors from raw ingredients such as maple, honey and fresh citrus peel. The line of syrups is intended to help bartenders and home cocktail enthusiasts easily introduce complex flavor characteristics into cocktails, but have unlimited culinary uses beyond the bar. Barcoop Bevy Cocktail Mixers is the newest line from the makers of Bittermilk. Easy to use and easy to enjoy, Barcoop Bevy is a line of all-natural cocktail mixers made by real bartenders. We focus on refreshing flavors and pride ourselves on a short list of ingredients. To ensure the highest quality control and to utilize complex flavor-creating processes, no co-packer is used and all products are bottled, packed and shipped by hand, by us in Charleston, South Carolina.
