Slow Infused Vinegars and Cocktail Mixers ~ Our vinegars are made using a slow infusion process with fresh fruit and vegetables layered with spices and herbs. Delicious over salads or roasted vegetables or mixed in a cocktail or seltzer. About Us Warrick "Wozz" Dowsett and his wife Ashley are the makers behind Wozz! Kitchen Creations. Warrick started his professional career after completing a 4 year long European chef apprenticeship and training program in the competitive Sydney restaurant and hotel scene. Wozz then embarked on a decade long career as a head luxury yacht chef traveling the world working for a number of high profile clients. With an extensive time spent traveling around the globe, Wozz developed a knack of incorporating global flavors and spices with fresh locally sourced ingredients. Once married Warrick and Ashley created Wozz! Kitchen Creations, specialty foods and moved the operation from Australia to New England in 2013. Since then the line has grown to over 30 products and has received over 10 prestigious soFi™ awards.
