As preparations ramp up for the 2025 Winter Fancy Food Show in Las Vegas, food businesses based on the West Coast of the U.S. made up the biggest group of new Specialty Food Association members in August 2024. More than 70 companies initiated their membership last month, including 30 from the West Coast and 22 from countries outside the U.S. Representing manufacturing, distribution, catering, imports, and more channels of trade, these new members will make the SFA community even more vibrant.
