Wakefern Food Corp., the retailer-owned cooperative, has appointed Parul Aggarwal, CPA, as VP controller for Wakefern Financial Services. She will report to Wakefern’s CFO Neil Falcone.
Aggarwal will oversee accounting operations, payroll, tax, and compliance for Wakefern Financial Services. She will also lead external financial reporting, including quarterly consolidations and financial statements, annual audited financial statements, and compliance.
Before Wakefern, she served as senior finance manager of Mondelez International, supporting the U.S. business through leading financial functions. She has served as lead marketing of finance at Reckitt Benckiser, led financial reporting at General Mills Canada, and presided as corporate controller and financial planning and analysis lead at Kellogg’s Canada.
