Tops Friendly Market, a grocer with 150 stores in New York, Pennsylvania, and Vermont, is expanding Instacart services to nine new stores across New York State to provide contactless options for its shoppers.

Instacart-enabled Tops locations allow users to order any item available in the grocery store via the Tops website or Instacart application, from fresh meat to baking supplies, for home delivery.

Already in 131 Tops locations, the home delivery feature will expand to the following locations:

• Northville, New York

• Stanford, New York

• Ausable Forks, New York

• Chestertown, New York

• Hoosick Falls, New York

• Watkins Glen, New York

• Bath, New York

• Boonville, New York

• Arcade, New York

“We’re excited to bring even more convenience to the shoppers across our various markets,” said Jillian Sirica, digital marketing manager for Tops Friendly Markets, in a statement. “This expansion marks our thirteenth and largest expansion since Tops launched Instacart services in 2017.”

The company’s goal is to grant access to any customer, in large cities or rural communities alike, the ability to order same-day home delivery.
