The Fresh Market Debuts Mother's Day Deals

The Fresh Market said Monday it is offering deals on gifts and groceries to celebrate Mother’s Day.

"With Mother's Day being one of our favorite holidays, we make it easy to wow Mom without any fuss," said Giorgio Bianchetti, chief merchandising officer at The Fresh Market, in a statement. "From premium meats and seafood to gourmet meals and gorgeous Passion Roses, we have everything you need to create a delicious and indulgent experience she'll always remember."

The following packages are available for online preordering through May 10:

• The Mother’s Day Meal for two ($59.99) can be built by selecting two of the following: Premium Choice Chateaubriand cut filet mignon, lump crab cakes, and Chilean sea bass cakes. These are accompanied by mascarpone whipped potatoes with rosemary, asparagus with red peppers and sea salt butter, and chocolate-dipped strawberries. Also included with this meal deal is a "Love U, Mom" seasonal bouquet.

• The Prime Rib Meal for two ($49.99) includes seasoned green beans, mascarpone whipped potatoes with rosemary, and The Fresh Market rosemary horseradish aioli.

• The Fresh Market's ready-to-heat Mother's Day Brunch for four ($19.99) comes with a choice of spinach tomato quiche, quiche Lorraine, or broccoli cheddar quiche, along with tropical fruit, and blueberry muffins.

The grocer is also offering personalized gift baskets which can include food and beverage items, and a floral arrangement.
