Brands that care about the environment are showcasing products made with sustainability in mind, without sacrificing flavor or experience. Among the companies set to debut eco-conscious consumables at this month's Summer Fancy Food Show is Season Brand with its new Caviart line of black seaweed pearls that simulate the taste and feel of caviar. In addition, the company will present a new canned Grilled Mackerel product which was offered exclusively at Whole Foods for the past 6 months. These products will be available for sampling at Booth 3145.

“As a successful brand that has been a leader in the premium sardine market for over 100 years, Season is committed to innovation within the category,” Lance Reiter, general manager at Season Brand, said in a statement. “We are excited to offer our Grilled Mackerel and Caviart® products to satisfy the growing demand for healthy, sustainable, and on-trend items that today’s consumers expect.”

The Jordanian family-owned olive oil brand, Onsuri, is making its North American debut this summer. Already known in the Middle East and the UK, the company is focused on sustainable and ethical farming. More than 1,000 solar panels supply 90 percent of the farm’s electrical operations, and it aims to align with the UN’s Sustainable Goals for 2030.

The company will showcase its four extra virgin olive oil varietals: Arbequina, Arbosana, Koroneiki, and Sensory. Co-founder and certified olive oil sommelier Amelia Bilbeisi will be at Booth 1774 to conduct tasting sessions.

Also introducing a new line at the Show is Tomato Bliss, which will exhibit from Incubator Village. The tomato soup company will bring its line of globally inspired regeneratively-grown heirloom tomato soup products. Samples of its Original Tomato Basil, Smoky New Mexican, Moroccan Roasted, and Vadouvan Curry soups will be on hand. The regeneratively grown ingredients aim to reverse climate change by restoring soil biodiversity.
