Sprouts Farmers Market will source products from Sweet Laurel, a gluten-free baked goods maker. Sweet Laurel’s new grain-free, dairy-free, refined sugar-free baking mixes will be sold at the grocer’s locations across the country, beginning this month. Items inlcude:
• Chocolate Cake Mix, made from almond flour, cacao powder, and Himalayan pink salt.
• Pancake and Waffle Mix, incorporating almond flour, arrowroot powder, flax seeds, coconut sugar, coconut flour, and Himalayan sea salt.
• Scone Mix, using almond flour, coconut milk powder, dried Zante currants, coconut flour, and Himalayan sea salt.
“This product line embodies the ethos of what Sweet Laurel wants to accomplish as a brand, and now we can finally meet people where they are—nationwide,” said co-founder Laurel Gallucci in a statement.
