Spotlight Showcases to Debut at 2023 Winter Fancy Food Show

Specialty Food Association

Spotlight Showcases, a program with print and digital advertising and Winter Fancy Food Show display elements, will debut this January at the 2023 Winter Fancy Food Show. The program replaces SFA’s What’s New, What’s Hot!

As part of the program, WInter Show exhibitors may still purchase shelf space within physical Spotlight Showcases displays at the Winter Fancy Food Show and fixed-format ads that will appear in Specialty Food magazine's Winter issue and the Official Winter Fancy Food Show Guide.

Category options for shelf space and ads have been expanded. The new categories include:

New Product – For products that have been introduced into the marketplace within 6 months of the upcoming 2023 Winter Fancy Food Show (July 1, 2022). Please note that product launch dates will be verified.

Diversity-Owned – For products from exhibiting companies that are woman-, Black-, BIPOC-, LGBTQ+-, veteran-, or disability-owned.

Foodservice – Products that are available to sell to foodservice channels (egs. restaurants, hotels, stadiums and events, universities).

Beverage – Ready-to-drink and non-ready-to-drink beverages.

Fresh and Frozen – Packaged products typically offered in refrigerated or frozen departments.

Grocery – Packaged products typically offered in center-store grocery departments.

Seasonal and Holidays – Spring and Summer seasonal items for the upcoming Winter Fancy Food Show.

If your product fits more than one of the above categories, you may purchase additional shelves, or select your preference of where you want it showcased.
