At next week's Summer Fancy Food Show in New York City, Spain, the Show's partner country sponsor, will showcase a selection of foods communicating the country's rich culture and culinary tradition from the Foods from the Spain Pavilion (Booth #2001-#2333).

“Foods from Spain is very happy to be the 2024 Summer Fancy Food Show partner country," said Jeffrey Shaw, marketing director of Foods from Spain, in a statement. “Our products are genuine, natural, artisanal, and traceable: extra virgin olive oil, cheeses, olives, vinegars, and so much more. A culture of conversation. Explore all of this savory depth and more as you sample Jamón Iberico, Jamón Serrano, Vinagre de Jerez, pimentón, saffron, honey, vinegars, and let’s not forget trendy, delicious premium canned seafood.”

Within the pavilion, Spanish specialties from nearly 80 companies will be on display, showcasing the breadth of traditional and modern Spanish exports with staples like olive oil, cheese, jamón varieties, tinned seafood, potato chips, honey, chocolate, and even mochi. Other featured items will include:

• Thick-cut fried potato chips from BrandsXpansion’s Iberica Spirit brand in traditional Spanish flavors including Grilled Chorizo, Black Truffle, Aged Cheese, and Ham, in addition to the recently debuted Honey & Mustard and Mediterranean Herbs flavors.

• Aloe Vera Juices from Biofactoría Naturae. The Andalusian organic aloe vera is infused with tea, honey, apple, grape, and mango flavors.

• Mushroom “Boletus” Salt from Entresetas.

• Mochi from Helados Estiu in  Coconut, Mango, Cheesecake, and Pistachio flavors.

• Edible seaweed from HQSeaweed & Co.

• Organic honey from Mieles Anta. The honey incorporates Eucalyptus and chestnut, and comes in varieties including honey from flowers, forests, mountains, and heather.

As the world’s largest exporter of olive oil, which Foods from Spain projects to hit 1.4 million tons in the 2024/2025 growing year, the pavilion will also present award-winning olive oils that capture the nuances of the different olive varietals found across the country, from the fruity Picual olives to the bitter Cornicabra olives of central Spain.

There will also be educational opportunities, demonstrations, and samplings available at Booth #2118, the dedicated gastronomic area of the Foods from Spain Pavilion. The area’s education program, titled Unveiling Spain, will take place during all three Show days:
