Following the success of the debut of NEW NOW NEXT at the Winter Fancy Food Show, the area that houses new products from startup companies, incubators, and the makers they work with will return to the Summer Fancy Food Show. Many of these products have yet to hit the market.
Making its debut in the area (Hall D, Level 1) is the NEW NOW NEXT Pitch stage, where exhibitors can practice pitching their product to a small audience.
The sofi Award-winning products display and tasting stations for buyers to judge the sofi Product of the Year and New Product of the Year Award winners, will also be part of NEW NOW NEXT. Buyers are invited to participate in the anonymous tasting Sunday, June 25 or Monday, June 26, 9:30 a.m.-3 p.m. The sofi Product of the Year and New Product of the Year Award winners will be announced Tuesday, June 27 at 10:30 a.m. on the Big Idea Stage.

Hudson Kitchen LLC, a full-service commercial kitchen in Kearney, New Jersey that helps to start and scale emerging CPG brands in New York and New Jersey.
Oregon State University Food Innovation Center, an urban Agricultural Experiment Station located in Portland, Oregon. The FIC services the Northwest food industry and communities as well as national and international businesses. It will bring the following companies.
