Products geared towards minimizing a home chef’s time in the kitchen will be introduced at the Winter Fancy Food Show in Las Vegas.
During a recent webinar, SFA VP of resource development Denise Purcell, said elevated convenience will be a trending theme both at this year’s event and across the industry.
“If I had to do an overview of 2024, it would be ‘maximize flavor, pleasure, and experience while minimizing stress and mess," she said.
Watcharee's, a maker of authentic, ready-to-eat Thai sauces, will launch a line of noodle meal kits aimed at reducing stress around lunch and dinnertime.
“Our meal kits are wholesome alternatives for people on the go who love authentic Thai flavors. Each kit combines our classic Thai sauces made with fresh coconut milk and curry paste, noodles, vegetables, and plant-based protein. Just microwave and voilà," said the company.
The vegan kits come in Thai Peanut Noodles, Thai Red Curry Noodles, and Thai Coconut Curry Noodles. They can be found at booth 3204.
Arya will debut a brand refresh along with a newly developed cleaner recipe for its roti products that incorporate more whole-grain flours and swap canola oil for non-GMO avocado oil.
“We’ve always avoided gums, preservatives, and artificial ingredients in our factory because my Mom never used them in the kitchen,” said founder Shridhar Patel in a statement. “Our recipes are inspired by the homestyle favorites I grew up eating, translated for today’s wellness-minded consumer and their busy families.”
The brand will showcase its offerings at booth 3241.
Geared towards making baking easier without sacrificing flavor, baking mix brand Invisible Chef is launching sweet and savory baking mixes across all meal times.
