Learn The Basics with SFA's Two-Day Virtual Workshop

SFA’s virtual workshop, The Basics: The Business of Specialty Food, is taking place next week on October 6 and 7.

In about 10 hours over two days, attendees will learn what they need to know to take their brand to the next level, including pricing, selling, the latest consumer research, freight and logistics, best practices in trade promotions, and ecommerce strategies.

Course instructors include founders and principals from iconic specialty food companies like Marich Confectionery, Renfro Foods, and Dave’s Gourmet, plus new brands like Hella Cocktail Co., Rumi Spice and TBJ (The Bacon Jam) Gourmet. Attendees will also hear from resident Amazon expert Betsy McGinn of McGinn Ecommerce Consulting.

The cost of the two-day intensive workshop is $99 for SFA members and $199 for non-members.
