KeHE Breaks Ground on DC

KeHE Distributors has begun work on an office and distribution center in Elkton, Florida. Design firm Ware Malcomb is leading the project, providing architecture, interior design, and branding services.

The 530,474-square-foot project is expected to be completed in 2025. The project consists of a two-story executive office suite encompassing approximately 30,000 square feet, along with nearly 500,000 square feet of space used for warehousing and distribution. The new facility will replace one of the company’s older buildings located across the street.

“We are proud to continue our strong partnership with KeHE,” said Michael Cody, director of industrial cold and food for Ware Malcomb, in a statement. “This location will serve our client to support their growth nationwide.”

This is Ware Malcomb’s fifth project with the distributor. In December, both companies completed a 360,000-square-foot distribution center in Miami.
