Costco is bringing back its full sampling program and adding back in-store food court seating at all of its stores, said chief financial officer Richard Galanti during a third-quarter earnings call, reports Food Dive. The sampling, which includes prepared items again, will return in phases over the next few weeks and will incorporate safety measures like plexiglass barriers and smaller batches.

The food courts, which have been running take-out only service on a limited menu, will offer more items along with seating at half capacity.

Galanti said that Costco aims to have both services fully operating by the end of June. Full Story
