H-E-B To Give Away Collectible Bags

H-E-B will distribute up to 265,000 free reusable bags to customers across Texas on Monday in commemoration of Earth Day.

The retailer will launch the first part of a three-year series involving collectible Earth Day bags featuring Texas state parks. This year, the bag’s design resembles a postcard from Texas featuring Big Bend Ranch Texas State Park.

H-E-B’s collectible bag initiative comes at a time when Trader’s Joe’s reusable bags have gone viral on TikTok and been resold for hundreds of dollars.

Since 2008, H-E-B has given out more than three million reusable bags in celebration of Earth Day.
