H-E-B has broken ground on the flagship H-E-B Alliance, a 117,000-square-foot store located in north Tarrant County, Texas, it announced Wednesday. Set to open in late spring 2024, the store will serve the community alongside two Central Market locations, and H-E-B Mansfield, a store announced earlier this year.
The location will include a True Texas BBQ restaurant and H-E-B curbside and home delivery capabilities. Other features include a full-service H-E-B Pharmacy and an H-E-B Wellness Primary Care clinic, offering primary care for those ages 12 and older, operating in coordination with registered dietitians.
“We’re excited to become neighbors in this dynamic and growing area of Tarrant County, a community we’ve served and been a part of for more than 20 years with our Central Market stores,” said Juan-Carlos Rück, H-E-B EVP of the North West food and drug division, in a statement. “With the addition of H-E-B Alliance, we look forward to providing an outstanding shopping experience and the best H-E-B has to offer.”
The announcement of H-E-B Alliance comes on the heels of recent openings in Frisco and Plano, Texas. It will employ approximately 750.
