GrubMarket Acquires Texas Wholesaler

GrubMarket has acquired Jana Food, a halal and ethnic food wholesaler in the Dallas-Forth Worth area in Texas. Jana Food's 100,000-square-foot facility provides over 4,000 products with a specialty focus on frozen foods, dry, fresh meats, and halal meat.

Jana Food will continue to be managed by its current leadership team and Ahmad will still serve as its general manager.

Jana Food will now be able to utilize GrubMarket's proprietary WholesaleWare software suite, the company's software platform providing food industry suppliers and vendors with financial management, online ordering and sales, inventory management, and CRM tools.
