Grubhub CEO Howard Migdal outlined the company’s decision to lay off 400, roughly 15 percent of its workforce, in a letter sent to employees Monday.

The company will come together over the next few days to further discuss its strategy.
“I’m certain that with the right strategy, relentless execution, and a commitment from all of you, Grubhub’s future is bright,” wrote Migdal. Full Story
