Fresh Thyme Market revealed Wednesday it is launching Fresh Thyme Market Pickup, an ecommerce platform to search for in-store items and coordinate grocery pickup. Both in-store and online prices are consistent, ensuring the same value across services, according to the company.
Each order is picked for freshness and packed by a trained employee. Orders will also be able to be edited or canceled until the items are picked. For orders over $35, the company adds a fee of $1.95.
"We are excited to bring a more convenient way of shopping to our loyal and new customers with this ecommerce launch," said Liz Zolcak, president of Fresh Thyme Market, in a statement. "We are proud to be able to bring our great in-store shopping experience to life, online. With our new appealing and convenient e-comm experience, we can provide more shoppers with savings without sacrificing quality or freshness."
When ordering on the platform, customers can choose to shop by nutrition lifestyle in addition to shopping by department. This allows them to find items that abide by specific criteria, like organic, gluten-free, and plant-based.
