Duke's Mayonnaise launched Duke's Sauce Shack, Tuesday, a virtual restaurant available via delivery on Doordash and Uber Eats in Raleigh, North Carolina. Operating out of ghost kitchens, Duke's Sauce Shack allows customers to order menu items through either food tech company's delivery service.
The menu is designed by chef Mark Cates from Duke's Mayonnaise and features simple chicken and fry options with Duke's 14 sauces taking center stage.
"When someone hears Duke's, they automatically assume you're talking about mayonnaise, but we're so much more than that," said Cates, in a statement. "We've slowly been expanding and perfecting our portfolio, and we couldn't be more excited for Duke's Sauce Shack to give Raleigh a taste."
Duke's Sauce Shack will run through July, available out of four ghost kitchens across Raleigh.
