DoorDash, T&T Supermarket Partner on Grocery Delivery
Canada-based Asian grocery chain T&T Supermarket has partnered with DoorDash to provide grocery delivery from all 33 locations across Alberta, British Columbia, Ontario, and Quebec.
“We take immense pride in curating a wide range of Asian products within the aisles of our stores, as it’s incredibly important for customers to continue learning about culture through food,” said Tina Lee, CEO of T&T Supermarkets, in a statement. “Partnering with DoorDash, just in time to celebrate Asian Heritage Month, opens another channel to bring authentic products to customers, whether you’re looking to re-create a childhood favorite dish, or discover new flavors.”
Customers ordering via DoorDash gain access to about 3,800 items per store on average. Some of the most popular items ordered from the retailer via DoorDash are T&T Coconut Cream Bun, BBQ Bun, Salmon Sushi Tray, T&T Tofu, and Haitai Honey Butter Chips, said DoorDash.
“Canadians turn to DoorDash for quick and convenient on-demand access to their favorite stores within their neighborhood—whether that’s boutique pet stores, local restaurants, or regional grocers,” said Shilpa Arora, general manager of DoorDash Canada, in a statement. “Through our partnership with T&T Supermarket, we’re delivering upon this mission by connecting customers with an unmatched selection of Asian grocery and household items.”
