DoorDash Kitchens Brooklyn Food Hall to Launch

Specialty Food Association

The recently announced DoorDash Kitchens Brooklyn food hall will feature New York City staples like DomoDomo, Pies ‘n’ Thighs, Kings So Imperial, Birch Coffee, and Milk Bar, as well as national brands like Little Caesars. The DoorDash Kitchens network, launched two years ago, features a mix of national and local eats within delivery-only kitchens; however, the new Brooklyn location will offer limited seating for 20 people.

The food hall opens in partnership with Nimbus, an NYC-based shared kitchen.

“New York is one of the many hubs for noteworthy dining experiences and we’re proud to bring DoorDash Kitchens to Brooklyn in partnership with Nimbus, adding even more options for food-lovers to choose from in their neighborhood,” said Ruth Isenstadt, senior director of DoorDash Kitchens, in a statement. “While this location is delivery-forward in nature to enable the growth of restaurant partners, we’re looking forward to offering a dine-in area for upwards of twenty guests – a first for DoorDash Kitchens.”

DomoDomo's executive chef and co-founder noted the following benefit of the location in a statement, “Partnering with DoorDash Kitchens is enabling us to meet customer demand in Brooklyn without fully committing to a second brick and mortar location.”
