Specialty Food Association

White Castle had to close its virtual kitchen operation in Orlando, Florida within two hours of opening due to overwhelming demand, reports Restaurant Dive. According to the company, the location was closed on Wednesday and reopened on Thursday for online pickup orders only.

Originally, delivery was offered within a 15-mile radius through Uber Eats, but the service is suspended until further notice.

White Castle also has a ghost kitchen location space inside Kitchen United’s Scottsdale, Arizona site, which opened in December 2019. Full Story
