CVS Launches Well Market Private Label

Well Market Private Label

Today, CVS Pharmacy launched Well Market, a store-brand line featuring snacks, beverages, and groceries.

“Our goal at CVS Health is to be the most consumer-centric health care solutions company. Through this repositioning and expansion of our food and beverage portfolio, we are doing more by providing new nutritious options our customers crave,” said Musab Balbale, chief merchandising officer at CVS Health, in a statement. “From the easy-to-understand packaging to the delicious snacks themselves, our customers can feel great about consuming Well Market products as part of their individual wellness goals.”

Well Market brings 40 snacks, beverages, and groceries to CVS Pharmacy stores nationwide and on CVS.com. Additional products will roll out throughout the year. Most items in the line are priced between $2.99 to $8.99. CVS' Gold Emblem, Gold Emblem Abound, and Big Chill product lines will eventually be brought under the Well Market umbrella, said CVS.

Well Market features products free from artificial preservatives, sweeteners, and colors. The line also addresses specific dietary needs and preferences like vegan, gluten-free, and keto.

Some innovative offerings from the line include flavor-infused sprouted almonds, including Salt & Vinegar, Zesty Dill Pickle, and Maple Cinnamon, with each flavor infused during the sprouting process, said CVS.

The brand also features products that incorporate globally inspired flavors. Some launching this year include Jalapeno Roasted In-Shell Pistachios, Curry Trail Mix, Sea Salt Rustic Plantain Chips, Ghee & Pink Salt Popcorn, Everything Bagel Gluten-Free Pita Chips, and Asian Snack Blend Snack Mix.
