A woman-founded and minority-owned company, Nowhere Bakery is proud to be one of ten emerging brands selected to exhibit at the Fancy Food Show as part of a biannual Cohort representing (included) CPG, a community of BIPOC founders dedicated to amplyfing underrepresented voices in food and beverage. Launched from a modest two-bedroom apartment in Los Angeles, Nowhere Bakery began as a culinary love letter between husband and wife team, Saphira and Maurizio Rasti. Saphira's history of food intolerances and digestive sensitivity and Maurizio's no-holds-barred sweet tooth left the couple frustrated by the lack of treats they could share together. Dozens of batter-filled nights later, Saphira's gluten-free, dairy-free twist on the classic Chocolate Chip Cookie was such a hit with friends, family and Maurizio that Nowhere Bakery was officially born.
Crafted with gut-friendly, minimally processed ingredients and zero refined sugars, Nowhere Bakery's cookies feature nourishing foods like creamy almond butter, organic cassava flour and organic dark chocolate chips sweetened with low-glycemic coconut sugar. Each batch is stored and shipped frozen to ensure that customers enjoy a bakery-fresh texture and flavor with every bite.
