FANCY FOOD SHOW CHEF'S LINEUP

June 23rd: Daniele Rossi

A Tuscan chef, influenced by family, studied culinary arts, rising from dishwasher to sous chef. Briefly managed events in Florence, then cooked internationally in cities like New York, Vienna, Paris, Barcelona, Madrid, Istanbul, and Lviv. With three years in a Michelin-starred restaurant, he blends modern cuisine with tradition, prioritizing quality and sustainability. Italian tradition, innovation, and sustainability define his dishes.

June 24th: Enrico Derflingher

At just 26 he became the Personal Chef to the British Royal Family, The first and only Italian chef after a long tradition of French and English chefs. In 1991, he crossed the ocean to become the Chef at the White House. His incredible journey earned him Michelin Stars and numerous other awards, In 2008, he was awarded "Best Chef in the World." In 2009, he was appointed Ambassador of Italian Cuisine in the World at the Merano Wine Festival, and on June 2, 2014, he was bestowed the title of "COMMANDER OF THE ORDER OF MERIT OF THE ITALIAN REPUBLIC AND AMBASSADOR OF ITALIAN CUISINE IN THE WORLD"
