Carefully crafted flavor-forward release made with pure avocado oil to debut at Expo West
MUSKEGO, Wis. – February 28, 2023 - Jackson’s®, known for perfecting the sweet potato chip made with pure premium oils and clean ingredients, is adding Farmhouse Ranch to its line of chips made with Avocado Oil. The new vegan flavor will debut at Expo West 2023.
“It’s important for us to offer a variety of flavors so we have something for everyone, while continuing to ensure we use only the best ingredients,” says Scott Reamer, Jackson’s co-founder and innovation lead. “We have been on innovation overdrive in the kitchen, working to develop the perfect flavor combinations that marry the subtle earthiness of the sweet potato with various spices. We are thrilled to kick 2023 off with a bang by sharing this new bold flavor, the first of several we plan to launch in the year ahead.”
All of Jackson’s chip offerings begin with heirloom, non-GMO sweet potatoes that are high in fiber and loaded with antioxidants, kettle-cooked low and slow in premium avocado or coconut oil – which are tested for purity to ensure each batch meets Jackson’s purity specification standards – to bring out their superior texture and flavor. Jackson’s chips are free from cheap refined oils, polyunsaturated fatty acids, artificial flavors and ingredients, as well as the top 9 allergens. Jackson’s are friendly to just about any diet out there: vegan, Keto, Paleo, Kosher, gluten-free and grain-free.
Jackson’s Farmhouse Ranch, Made with Avocado Oil is a heroic flavor pairing combining the delicious, dairy-free version of America’s favorite dressing and the sweet potato chip. The cool tang of classic Ranch and herby flecks of dill and chive are the perfect complement to our crispy, crunchy kettle-cooked sweet potatoes. Farmhouse Ranch is available at major retailers nationwide as well as on Amazon.com and Jacksonschips.com and come in 1.5oz bags (SRP $1.79) and 5oz bags (SRP $4.49).
About Jackson’s
Formerly Jackson’s Honest, Jackson’s offers a line of sweet potato chips made from pure avocado and coconut oils, each cooked low and slow, resulting in a super taste and texture sensation. Jackson’s was founded in 2013 in the kitchen of Scott and Megan Reamer. From their home in Crested Butte, Colorado, they began making chips in their kitchen as a low-inflammation snack for their eldest son, Jackson, who was diagnosed with a rare auto-immune disorder. Following a $1.25 million investment from Shark Tank’s Rohan Oza, Jackson’s happier, healthier snacks have since found a passionate community of super fans, and are now sold in national chains such as Sam’s Club, Whole Foods, Sprouts, Kroger, regional grocers and local co-ops. The chips are also sold online in multipacks and variety packs at www.JacksonsChips.com and Amazon.com.
