BIDDEFORD, MAINE – (June 6, 2024) Tootie’s Tempeh will be making its Fancy Food Show debut at the Javits Center in NYC June 23 - 25, a pinnacle food event which attracts thousands of diverse foodmakers, buyers, brokers, distributors, and industry professionals from across the U.S. and the globe. Tootie’s Tempeh will showcase its tempeh - the most sustainably made in the US - in Booth #5448A in the Emerge CPG Pavilion.

"The Summer Fancy Food Show is the premier product discovery event for the specialty food industry, and this year’s event puts even greater emphasis on what’s new and innovative in foods,” said Bill Lynch, president, Specialty Food Association. 

The 68th Summer Fancy Food Show will feature more than 180,000 specialty foods and beverages from global makers, as well as hot trends, first-time exhibitors, brand-new products, incubators, startups, awards, and education sessions for professionals at every stage of their business journey, and more. 

“We are here to excite people about tempeh - a fermented superfood that has the equivalent protein to animal protein along with high fiber, calcium, iron, and all the B vitamins by offering a clean and delicious tempeh with no bitterness, often associated with tempeh. Our tempeh opens the door for everyone to enjoy it and add to their diets. The difference in our fermentation process is that we don’t ferment in plastic bags which means that every time a consumer buys Tootie’s they are saving a plastic bag from a landfill or the ocean.”
