Hummingbirds names Mari Tippmann as Chief Sales Officer

Tippmann to Spearhead Customer-Centric Growth

Hummingbirds, an innovative platform connecting consumer brands with hyperlocal creators, has elevated Mari Tippmann to Chief Sales Officer (CSO) after nearly two years with the company. This promotion highlights Hummingbirds commitment to accelerating growth, strengthening its market position, and developing its team while recognizing Tippmann’s expertise in scaling operations, strengthening cross-departmental collaboration, and significant contributions to the company’s growth during her tenure as Head of Sales.

Prior to Hummingbirds, Tippmann was an early member of the sales team at Restaurant365 and later played a key role in scaling Greenlight Guru’s sales organization and leading it through a period of hyper-growth. During Tippmann’s time with Hummingbirds thus far, the company has seen a growth rate exceeding 350% and secured longterm partnerships with CPG brands like Olipop and Goodles who trust Tippmann and the Hummingbirds’ team to expand their reach in the Midwest. In her new role, Tippmann will oversee the entire customer journey, from initial prospect engagement to sale, onboarding and renewal– ensuring a seamless experience for all Hummingbirds' customers.
