Honest Bowl Launches First-Ever Fairtrade Thai Products at 2025 Expo West | Hall E, Booth 5628

Yarmouth, ME (March 4, 2025) – Honest Bowl is set to debut the first-ever Fairtrade-certified Thai curry pastes and ready-to-eat meal kits at Natural Products Expo West 2025, taking place March 4-7 at the Anaheim Convention Center, Hall E, Booth 5628. A partnership between Thai Culinary Arts Studio, creator of Watcharee’s award-winning brand of authentic Thai sauces, and KRS Spicy Food Company, a top specialty food manufacturer from Thailand, Honest Bowl is reimagining authentic Thai condiments, pastes, and meal kits.

Honest Bowl emphasizes sustainability and ethical sourcing by collaborating with farming communities in Thailand, ensuring use of Fairtrade-certified and organic ingredients that support fair wages, safe working conditions, and sustainable farming practices.

Honest Bowl products include Thai curry and tom yum pastes, which are perfect for creating traditional and fusion curries, marinades, and stir-fries, as well as ready-to-eat meal kits with organic fragrant jasmine rice. New offerings include such protein-rich, vegan Thai classics as garlic and basil sauce with tofu, and yellow curry with tofu and vegetables.

Hannaford Bros, Co., an Ahold Delhaize subsidiary headquartered in Scarborough, Maine, is committed to ethical sourcing and is the first major supermarket chain to retail Honest Bowl. Beginning this summer, Hannaford will carry Thai Red Curry Paste, Thai Green Curry Paste and Thai Tom Yum Paste.
