Seventy Percent of the Company’s Leadership Roles Now Held by Women
ATLANTA (February 5, 2021) – High Road is proud to announce the hiring of Jasmine Mastroianna as Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing for the rapidly growing ice cream company. Mastroianna most recently led national sales and trade marketing efforts for Bantam Bagels up to and after acquisition by T. Marzetti Co. Jasmine will be responsible for driving the company’s growth strategy across the company’s brands (High Road, Ciao Bella Gelato, Helados La Neta) and channels (grocery, club, foodservice).

Additionally, the company has been on a patient and methodical search for its top finance executive, and found her in Danielle O’Connor, a CPG powerhouse with 15 years’ experience in food manufacturing companies (ranging from $10MM to $500MM in revenue). O’Connor has particular expertise in rapid growth environments, having facilitated major plant build-outs, ERP implementation, working capital strategy, and overall financial systems design.
