Dufour Pastry Kitchens Launches Gluten-Free All-Butter Puff Pastry

April 1, 2025 -- Dufour Pastry Kitchens has just launched a Gluten-Free All-Butter Puff Pastry.  “It’s a game changer for those who avoid gluten but want an indulgent baking experience without compromise,” said President and Co-founder, Carla Krasner.

Tender, flaky, and delicious, even on its own, the dough is perfect for either savories or sweets.  All-natural, it’s free from GMO’s, trans fats, artificial colors and flavors, sugars, xanthan gum and guar gum. 

A recipient of 20 sofi™ awards over the course of 40 years, Dufour is best known for its premium frozen, all-butter Classic Puff Pastry. A women-owned company, it operates from its facility in the South Bronx.

Dufour’s Gluten-Free All-Butter Puff Pastry is GFCO certified and Kosher/Dairy.  It’s now available nationwide in Whole Foods and is coming soon to other stores.  Suggested retail for the frozen 10 oz. package (8”x11”sheet) is $ 11.99.
